Arc Partnership Program Terms & Conditions

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Arc (“Brand”) and the applicant (“Creator”). By participating in the Arc Partnership Program and submitting content, Creator agrees to the following terms:

1. Program Participation & Acceptance

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Arc Partnership Program.

  • Arc reserves the sole right to determine acceptance and participation.

  • Arc may contact Creator via email for purposes related to this application and program updates.

2. Compensation Structure

In exchange for content creation, whitelisting, and usage rights, Creator will receive:

Base Program Rewards (Automatic upon acceptance):

  • Product: A complimentary Arc Pulse product.

  • Link Commission: A 10% commission on all tracked net sales generated through the Creator's unique affiliate link. (Note: Arc reserves the right to modify commission structures).

Paid Ad Performance Bonus (Conditional):

  • Ad Spend Commission: If Arc elects to run paid advertisements using the Creator's content, the Creator will receive an additional 5% commission on attributed ad spend performance exceeding $1,000 in creator payout value. (Note: Arc reserves the right to modify commission structures).

3. Content Usage Rights

Creator grants Arc the right to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute submitted content across:

  • Paid advertising and organic social media.

  • Website, email marketing, and digital platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and others).

  • These rights include both organic and paid media usage.

4. Whitelisting Authorization

  • Creator agrees to provide whitelisting access for approved content, including Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, and YouTube Partnership Ads.

  • Arc may run paid advertisements using Creator’s approved content and social handle.

  • Creator agrees to maintain public posting access on their channels during active whitelisting campaigns.

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creator agrees to:

  • Submit entirely original content.

  • Use only commercially safe and licensed audio.

  • Strictly follow all provided Arc content and brand guidelines.

6. Ownership & Data Privacy

  • Creator retains ownership of their original content. However, Arc retains perpetual rights to use approved submitted content for marketing and advertising purposes.

  • Creator consents to Arc storing and processing all personal information provided in connection with the application and program participation.
