Arc Partnership Program Terms & Conditions

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Arc ("Brand") and the applicant ("Creator"). By applying to or participating in the Arc Partnership Program, the Creator agrees to the following terms.

1. Program Participation & Acceptance

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Arc Partnership Program.

  • Arc reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject any application.

  • Arc may contact the Creator via email regarding the application, participation, and program updates.

2. Program Benefits & Compensation

Upon Acceptance

Creators accepted into the Arc Partnership Program will receive:

  • One (1) complimentary Arc Pulse case.

  • Access to the Arc Affiliate Program.

  • The opportunity to earn 10% affiliate commissions through their unique referral link.

Creators are eligible to receive affiliate commission payouts once their approved commission balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD. Eligible affiliate commissions are paid quarterly. Any approved commission balance below the $100 USD minimum payout threshold will roll over to the next quarterly payment period until the minimum threshold is met. Arc reserves the right to modify the affiliate commission structure, payout schedule, or payout terms at any time.

Content Licensing Payment

If a Creator submits content and Arc approves it for use in paid advertising, Arc will pay the Creator a one-time Content Licensing Fee of $500 USD.

Payment will be made in accordance with Net 30 payment terms and is due within 30 days of the later of: (i) the approved content being posted by the Creator, or (ii) Arc's receipt of a valid invoice from the Creator.

This payment grants Arc the advertising and marketing usage rights described in Section 3. Arc is not required to approve or purchase every piece of content submitted, and submitting content does not guarantee payment.

3. Content Usage Rights

The Creator retains ownership of all content created under this agreement.

For any content approved by Arc for the $500 USD Content Licensing Fee, both Parties may share the content on their respective channels and platforms. Arc retains perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free usage rights to the approved content, including but not limited to use in advertisements, paid media, whitelisting, partner distributions, website content, and email marketing campaigns.

Arc may also repurpose or edit portions of the approved content (such as individual shots or clips) for inclusion in other videos, advertisements, or promotional materials.

4. Creator Responsibilities

The Creator agrees to:

  • Submit only original content created by the Creator.

  • Use only commercially licensed or platform-approved music and audio.

  • Follow all Arc creative briefs and brand guidelines.

  • Ensure submitted content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or publicity rights.

5. Ownership

The Creator retains ownership of their original content.

For any content purchased by Arc pursuant to Section 2, the Creator grants Arc the perpetual marketing and advertising license described in Section 3. No additional compensation shall be owed for Arc's continued use of such content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Data Privacy

The Creator consents to Arc collecting, storing, and processing personal information provided in connection with the application and participation in the Arc Partnership Program in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
