We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
2. Cost of returns
a. Mainland US return shipments are free of charge.
b. For customers from other regions, please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges NOT due to damages or issues. We are usually able to provide you with a return label. Otherwise, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. In this case, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the inspection time for your order must be within 48 hours of reception. We are committed to providing you with an excellent experience. In this case, your return shipment and replacement is likely free of charge.
4. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are generally not able to exchange items within an order for other items, unless they have the same specifications. For example, if you accidentally ordered the wrong product, we will help you return your order, so you can place a new order for the right products.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to (and only to) your original payment method.
