Arc Pulse Compatibility Note: While compatible with many, Arc Pulse may not work with all MagSafe accessories.
Key Exceptions: Accessories requiring full contact with the entire backside of the iPhone. MagSafe wallets are only compatible with Arc Pulse for Apple's Pro Max series devices.

At this time, we are pleased to offer complimentary returns for our customers in the US. Customers from other regions will need to bear return shipping costs and are advised to use a tracked service.
All returns require prior approval from our team; unapproved returns may not be processed. For phone cases, we ask that they be returned in perfect condition, with all original packaging components (such as tags, protective films, and the original box) included.
We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if the product has been used, damaged, or tampered with in any way, unless it's defective. Please be assured, this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

The delivery time for your order depends on your location.
For orders within the United States, you can generally expect your items to arrive within 7 days. For international orders, our experience indicates that it may take approximately 20 days for your package to reach you.

Arc Pulse comes with a 2-year warranty. It primarily covers defects and malfunctions resulting from manufacturing errors. It does not extend to damages caused by the customer, such as drops, scratches, bumps, or any other forms of user-inflicted damage.
