Your statutory rights come first

Every Arc product is covered by the consumer guarantee provided by the law where you bought it. It is free, it is owed to you by the seller, and nothing on this page limits or replaces it. In the EU that means a legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of two years from delivery, and in the Netherlands, goods must conform to what you may reasonably expect of them, which can run longer. In the US and elsewhere, your local consumer protections apply.

Everything below is offered voluntarily by Arc, on top of the rights you already have.

The Arc Pulse Lifetime Guarantee

We design and manufacture Arc Pulse to outlast the device it protects.

Every Arc Pulse purchased on or after 7 September 2026 from arc.cc, our official Amazon storefront, or an Arc authorised retailer is covered. If it stops working as it should, we'll send replacement parts or replace the product, free.

How long. For as long as you own it and use it with the device it was made for, up to 25 years from purchase, and for as long as it can reasonably be expected to function. An Arc Pulse is built for one phone; your guarantee runs for as long as that pairing lasts.

What's covered. Defects in materials or workmanship, and any failure that stops your Arc Pulse holding, protecting or fitting your device as designed. This includes structural failure of the shell, failure of the inlay to seat correctly, and finish adhesion failure.

What's not covered. Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by anything other than a defect in materials or workmanship. In particular:

• Finish wear from use. Scratches, scuffs, dulling or colour change from abrasion, handling or pocket wear. Our cases are design to protect your phone, every mark on the case is a mark your phone didn't catch.
• Damage from drops, impacts or accidents
• Lost or stolen products, including individual parts
• Damage sustained outside the reasonable lifespan of the product
• Products bought from unauthorised sellers, including eBay, Facebook Marketplace and secondhand marketplaces. We can't guarantee these were stored, handled or packaged to Arc's standards, and they may be counterfeit or outdated versions.
• Products purchased before 7 September 2026
• Any device or property other than the Arc Pulse itself. Arc Pulse is a protective accessory, not a guarantee against damage to your phone.

If your model is discontinued. We'll send the same model if we hold stock; otherwise an Arc Pulse of equivalent specification for the device you use now; otherwise store credit for the original purchase price.

Limits. Replacement parts for covered defects are free and unlimited. Full replacements are limited to two per original purchase, and carry the remainder of the original guarantee rather than restarting it. Gifts are covered - give us the purchaser's name or order number. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable on resale.

Making a claim. Contact support@arc.cc with your order number, from arc.cc, Amazon or an authorised retailer, and photos of the issue. Proof of purchase and photographs of the claimed damage may be required, and we may ask you to return the product before sending a full replacement - if we do, we cover return shipping.

Arc reserves the right to deny any claim. This may happen if we believe the claim to be fraudulent, if the product was not manufactured by Arc, if the damage was caused by abuse or normal wear and tear, or if the product was purchased from an unauthorised seller.

Some packaging printed before 7 September 2026 refers to a 2-year warranty. If you bought on or after that date from an eligible channel, the Lifetime Guarantee applies regardless. Terms are subject to change at Arc's discretion; changes apply only to products purchased after they are published.

All other Arc products

Arc Impact, Arc Shield, Arc Vault and all other Arc products are covered by the statutory consumer guarantee described above. Arc does not offer a separate commercial guarantee on these. Arc Pulse purchased before 7 September 2026 remains covered by the 2-year limited manufacturer warranty under which it was sold.

Legal terms

The Arc Pulse Lifetime Guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee, offered in addition to your statutory rights and without affecting them.

For US purchasers this is a Limited Warranty with a term of 25 years from purchase. Arc's sole obligation is, at Arc's option, to supply replacement parts, replace the product, or issue store credit as described above, and this is your exclusive remedy. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arc is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including damage to any phone or other property, and Arc's total liability for any claim will not exceed the original purchase price.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from State to State. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by a manufacturing defect.
