SHIPPING FEES
- All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
- Due to remote location shipping or other unforeseen circumstances, additional shipping charges may apply to some orders. We will contact you within 2 business days if there are any additional shipping charges necessary for your order.
- The purchase price of orders to shipping destinations outside the USA and the EU does not necessarily include duties or additional fees associated with customs clearance. If you have any questions, please contact support@arc.cc. We will do our best to assist you. We currently cannot guarantee which fees your shipping country may raise on import. Please consult with us or your local authorities for more information if you have questions.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 1-2 business days, while some orders may take additional time. If there are any issues with your order that would cause delay, you will be notified as soon as possible. Possible delays may include:

- Inaccurate or Incomplete Payment Information
During high-volume holiday seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.
For orders placed before 12pm (noon) US Pacific Time on business days, we do our best to process and ship them within the same day, provided there are no order issues pending your response. Orders placed beyond this time or during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. (Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Dutch and US public holidays.).
SHIPMENT PROCESSING
Orders ship from our distribution partners in the US. We work with well-known shipping partners to provide the best, most reliable shipping options for you. Because we individually review the delivery service for each and every order to provide you the quickest, most convenient solution, items that are ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together.
The estimated delivery times do not include order processing time and customs clearance time, and are generally expressed in working days. Your tracking information will be updated as your order gets closer to its destination.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Arc cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Additionally, significant challenges due to increased eCommerce volume or other restrictions may extend shipping time in some circumstances.
Orders containing pre-ordered items will be shipped once all items are available. This means that the entire order will be held until each item is ready, so they can be shipped together. To receive items as they become available, we recommend placing separate orders for immediate and pre-ordered items.
SHIPMENT STATUS
You will receive an email shipment notification as your order ships. It includes tracking information with which you can follow the delivery of the package. If you have not received this notification from us, please contact us for more information, and we’ll help you track your item.
If the tracking status shows the package as delivered, and you have not received it, please wait 72 hours before contacting us to investigate. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 72 hours prior to arrival. After 72 hours, we are happy to help open an investigation with the delivery service.
If you notice in shipment tracking your shipment does not seem to progress for longer than 15 days, please contact us, so we can start a shipment inquiry with the shipment provider and help resolve the situation as soon as possible

Easy Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@arc.cc. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
2. Cost of returns
a. Mainland US return shipments are free of charge.
b. For customers from other regions, please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges NOT due to damages or issues. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the inspection time for your order must be within 48 hours of reception. We are committed to providing you with an excellent experience. In this case, your return shipment and replacement is likely free of charge.
4. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are generally not able to exchange items within an order for other items, unless they have the same specifications. For example, if you accidentally ordered the wrong product, we will help you return your order, so you can place a new order for the right products.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to (and only to) your original payment method.

How will Arc Pulse Protect my phone?
