Warranty Policy

2-Year Warranty Coverage by Arc 

1) Arc provides a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty on most of our products, covering products purchased directly from Arc at arc.cc. This warranty applies to products deemed defective, with defects defined as imperfections or flaws resulting from manufacturing errors. Damage caused by accidental drops, installation errors, normal wear and tear, or other issues caused by the owner is not covered.

2) Important Coverage Note: This warranty applies only to purchases made through the official Arc online store. Products purchased from retailers, distributors, resellers, or online marketplaces such as Amazon.com are not covered by Arc's warranty. If you bought your Arc product from one of these sellers or platforms, please contact them directly to make your warranty claim, as their own warranty terms and process will apply to your purchase.
