1. Organizer

The “Arc Pulse Survey Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is organized by Arc Phone Accessories B.V., Ubbo Emmiussingel 21, 9711 BB Groningen, The Netherlands (the “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete the official Arc survey during the Promotion Period.
  • No purchase is necessary to participate.
  • Limit of one entry per person.

4. Promotion Period

  • The Promotion begins on 19.11.25, 4PM CET and ends on 26.11.25, 4PM CET (the “Promotion Period”).
  • Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.

5. Prizes

  • Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Arc Pulse Aluminum Case.
  • Prize model/color selection is subject to availability at the time of fulfillment.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the survey within 24 hours of the drawing.
  • Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to confirm their prize selection. Failure to respond within the timeframe will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree that their personal data (such as email address) may be used by the Organizer solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and contacting winners.
  • With participants’ explicit consent, their personal data may also be used to send marketing communications about Arc products and offers. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
  • Data will not be sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for prize fulfillment.

8. General Conditions

  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
  • The Organizer assumes no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected.
  • The Organizer’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
  • The Promotion is governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
