Ultra-thin Titanium layers are stacked, purged with inert argon gas, and heated above 2000°F to forge-weld into a single Damascus billet, then stretched and folded to create flowing, interlocking waves.
Through thermal oxidation, the surface reveals opalescent color, so every piece is visually one-of-one. Each case is CNC-machined from that single billet (never assembled), preserving Arc Pulse’s sculptural minimalism and precision pressure-fit for iPhone 17 Pro.

Heated above 2000°F, they forge weld into a single Damascus billet, then are stretched, folded, and reheated to form interlocking waves that capture motion in metal.

- Surface colored via thermal oxidation to reveal opalescent hues and flowing seams; each pattern is unique.
